The ArtWorks fall grant cycle has come to a close and the selections have been made to receive up to $3,000. Announcement of selected projects is expected by November 18.  ArtWorks, an initiative to promote the arts in Southwest Dubois County.

The goals of the program include promoting community enrichment in Southwest Dubois County through the arts with a $20,000 grant initiative in 2011-2012, dispersing grants to worthy applicants at set intervals throughout the two-year period, and establishing a permanent fund (endowment) that will support the arts thereafter.

To apply for the grant:

1)  Applicants must be a 501(c)(3) charity, or be working in conjunction with a 501(c)(3) charity.

2)  The next application cycle will be announced in January.
          a) The award recipient(s) will be announced within 30 days of closing period.
          b) Available funds during second round will be announced at a later date.

3)  No hard copy applications accepted; electronic submissions only.
