Concluding Thoughts from our ‘09 Board President, Fred Souders
2009 started out as a year of questions with a range of uncertainties. What has transpired over the past eleven months brings me great pride for the Board, our staff, and donors truly rallied to the cause. Complex issues faced this organization and everyone met those challenges head on and committed to such efforts in 2010.
With terms expiring, we wish to thank board members Belinda Lange, Greg Olinger and Don Heichelbech for their years of service. We appreciate Bob Duncan and Sue Hubster who signed on for a 2nd term, and for Mitch Clark, Dale Alstadt and Kathie Lett who will return to the Board after serving in previous years. All of our board members are true community leaders.
I wish to recognize Larry Fuesler for his acceptance as ‘10 Board President and Kurt Fuhs, VP, as they build on the successes of 2009 and help Brad Ward, our Director, work with the community to grow endowments. God Bless all of you—our Board, staff, and each of our benefactors.
