In a continuation of the Foundation’s BetterTogether Initiative, designed to build social capital among nonprofits, the Indiana Nonprofit Resource Network will present the next session in the Old National Luncheon Series on nonprofit organizational development.
This series brings together local nonprofits—from staff, board members, volunteers, to passionate supporters of all causes to connect with their peers, effectively organize and learn exciting ways to build capacity within their organizations and our community.
June Miller, Regional Director of the Indiana Nonprofit Resource Network, will lead the fourth session in the six-part series. This workshop focuses on how nonprofit organizations, regardless of size, can plan effectively for a successful future. You will learn about methods and tools you can begin using immediately to improve or initiate your strategic planning process. Remove the fear and improve the results. Yes, you can!
