Our Community Foundation's Commitment to Transparency:
The Huntingburg Foundation is committed to providing transparency and ease of public access to important documents, policies, and procedures that dictate the responsibilities and actions of our volunteer Board of Directors.
These documents are made available for public transparency and fiduciary accountability, and can also be reviewed by visiting the Foundation office. Additional items, when possible, are made available electronically.
The Huntingburg Foundation, Inc. is a registered non-for-profit, charitable organization for Southwest Dubois County, Indiana. The date of the incorporation of the Corporation is June 16, 1977, a public benefit corporation organized and operated at all times exclusively for religious, charitable, scientific, literary, educational, and other purposes described in Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 or the corresponding provisions of any subsequent federal tax laws.
